-Yes… Don’t be sad… we’ll see, ok?
-Fine…
I told David that we are coming there in the next summer… he was so happy! I couldn’t wait to see him! I was so excited!! Months passed, I got all the exams with good marks and… I bought the airplane tickets…
So there we were. Good old Montreal. The weather sucked so bad that we were all wet when we arrived to Pierre’s villa. David opened the door and welcomed…
-Jazzy?! Where… Where’s Ana? he said looking everywhere for me.
-She didn’t make it! Her parents didn’t let her go… Jazzy acted.
-WHAT?!?! This can’t be true… David shouted looking at the ground.
-Taaaadaaam!!! I screamed at David.
He smiled and hugged me.
-David! You’re squeezing me. I told him. I can’t breathe anymore…
And then he kissed me so deep, that I couldn’t breathe for good! I was so happy until Pierre came running and hit me and David.
-Jazz girl!!!!!!!!!!!! he screamed. I so missed you! Gimme a kiss, c’mon.
Yeah, and then we settled in the house. I was in the kitchen talking to Pierre when the telephone rang. Jeff answered.
-Daaaaaaaaaaaavid!!! Is for you! he shouted at David .
-Hello?! You again… no, I’ve told you! Stop calling me… no “but”! he whispered in the phone.
I looked at Pierre. I was all shaking. Pierre understood and changed the subject into a funny one.
We were all watching a movie, a scary movie. David was holding me and everything seemed to be perfect, but no… I knew a girl called David in the afternoon. And that was sad. He said he love me. I kept my heart for him all this time I was far away from him… and what did he do? He got himself a girlfriend. But maybe I was wrong and all I wanted was to have fun and enjoy the cool air of Montreal so I stood up and went upstairs to get some sleep. As I was going upstairs the phone rang again. I heard David’s voice answering and I got that mad that I shouted the door. I heard someone hurrying to the door, but then the steps stop and I burst into tears. Finally I fell asleep when I calmed down a little bit.

The next day I woke up at 7 a.m. Nobody was awake so I thought a walk would do me so much better. I got my clothes and I went outside. The weather was fine, a little cold, but the sun warmed me enough. The park I went to was so empty at that hour so I sat on a bench. All my life was passing in front of my eyes. I was wondering if I had made the right decisions, if I should stay here in Montreal… and who was at the telephone the last day. As I was thinking my mobile phone had rang.
-Hello?... Oh. I was in the park… Wait a second! Can’t I enjoy a beautiful morning in the park?... What’s wrong with me? What’s wrong with you?! What are you hiding from me?! Who was on the telephone yesterday?... You don’t know… You think I’m stupid don’t you?...No? Then why are you lying to me?...Who? Your sister? Oh… ok… bye now! I will come back home.
